DESCRIPTION:<a href="https://www.jolt-coffee.com/event/cupping-english-26">
Cupping (ENGLISH)</a>\nSaturday cupping (In english) We're inviting you to
(re)discover our coffees during a public cupping session. Cupping is a fu
ndamental part of our work as baristas and roasters\, because we need to t
aste the coffees several times. First to select the green coffee that we'r
e going to roast\, and then to verify if our roasting recipe meets our qua
lity standards. Regular quality control is key! We'll start by discussing
the history of coffee\, from 9th century Ethiopian shepherds to today's sp
ecialty coffee. A roastery tour will follow\, during which we'll describe
the selection and roasting process\, from green beans to your cup. Finally
\, we'll get to the cupping session where you can expect to taste 6 differ
ent coffees\, served with some funny(-ish) anecdotes. Don't hesitate to co
ntact us if you have any question!
