Afterwork espresso training (in French)
You are new to your coffee machine? You know quite a bit, but you'd like to improve your skills? Making an espresso takes you 15 minutes because you have to redo your recipe? To help you, we're offering a two-hour immersion in the world of espresso, explained and deciphered from every angle.
The session takes place after work and includes:
- espresso basics: fundamentals of extraction, reading the parameters and identifying defects
- creating a recipe: setting a grinder, calibrating the dosage and ratio and preparing your recipe
- barista techniques: dispensing, tamping, cleaning and maintenance of essential parts
- working with milk: milk frothing techniques, introduction to the basics of latte art
The training will be given on a semi-automatic professional machine and a domestic one.
