This green beans blend primarily comes from farms in the coffee-driven municipality of Oporapa. Each lot is carefully tested and selected to match a consistent flavour profile: caramel, toffee and medium citrus acidity.
We were able to discover the importer, Minga Coffee, thanks to Laura who connected with us at a coffee show. A minga is a traditional form of collective work in rural areas of Colombia, when people in communities come together to work for the common good. And we definitely felt that drive towards strong partnerships and connections, so we wanted to be a part of that chain from Colombia to Luxembourg.
