We loved this Yirgacheffe for its beautiful finesse, its very floral aromas and its lovely lemon-like acidity. All this combines with a silky texture to create a coffee full of elegance and complexity.
The Gutiti Natural Lot is produced at the Gutiti Washing Station station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia and managed by SNAP Specialty Coffee. The approximately 600 farmers that deliver cherry to this washing station, come from the region and have between 2 and 3 Ha of land sitting at an elevation of 2,200 meters on average.
Through a comprehensive approach, providing training and free or low-cost inputs, SNAP plays a pivotal role in the Ethiopian coffee industry, making a positive social impact, promoting sustainability, and consistently delivering exceptional quality.
