Head to El Salvador for a dry-processed anaerobic coffee just the way we like it: flavours of red fruits with hints of strawberry and citrus, and rich notes of brown sugar with a delicious sweetness.
Finca Los Angeles is part of the Fincas Los Naranjos group, located in the Ahuachapán mountains in western El Salvador. Led by Sigfredo Corado, the farm is managed with strict agronomic practices, like shading trees, soil samples and no use of herbicides.
The farm follows the Renacer Programme, taught in another farm of the group, to help small to medium producers with practices that help restore the land and soil while producing high quality coffee.
