Located in Gigante, Huila, Los Patios is a coffee processing and research centre, tackling issues such as inconsistent processing and limited infrastructure for local producers. The centre specialising in innovative techniques around coffee fermentation, this lot has been fermented with red fruits, and the flavours of it are subtly combined with the beans to produce an extraordinary and surprising result.
