The Cerrado region is notable as the world’s first coffee-producing area to earn a Designated Origin status, similar to the esteemed appellations in the wine world. Its ideal combination of high altitudes, flat landscapes, and a climate that alternates between wet and dry seasons provides the perfect environment for high-quality coffee cultivation.
Meanwhile, the Alta Mogiana region is celebrated for its fertile soils, stable climate, and high elevation. Farmers in this area apply advanced pruning techniques, contributing to some of the highest productivity levels in Brazil.
